Refunds Policy

A fee of 25% of your complete package is applicable which is non-refundable. In case you can’t take a holiday in a year then you can carry forward it to the next year by paying 10% of the total package. If you cancel a confirmed holiday before 45 days in advance from the check-in date then 25% of your membership amount will be forfeited. If you cancel in less than 45 days there will be no refund but you can carry forward that amount towards your next holiday. If you are unable to take the holiday as and when confirmed then that holiday package either stands cancelled as per situation or can be postponed for another time. But it entirely depends on circumstances at that time. In case you are unable to utilize your holiday package you may be able gift it to a friend/acquaintance (if possible legally). The Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
