Booking Procedure

We have a variety of Products suiting the requirements of everyone. You can select the tour as per your preference.
Once you select a Tour and agreed upon the Terms and Conditions, You can book the package online. Guests who are unable to book online, can deposit clearing cheques in any of our Bank Accounts

What happens after you book?

Receive Holiday confirmation voucher within 24 hours.
Review travel dates, destination etc in confirmation voucher.
In case of discrepancy mail us / call us with your Booking ID at

Payment Structure & Bank details

10% At the time of Confirmation, 40% 45 Days before departure date, 50% 30 days before departure.

Documentation

Aadhar Card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID/ PAN Card/ Passport for all travellers.

For International travel and VISA:

Original passport with validity at least 6 months from the date of return. (at least 2 empty pages to be available in passport for emigration and immigration stamping.)
Passport size digital photo in white background.
Aadhar Card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID/ PAN card for all travellers.
Travel Insurance is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

Package cannot be cancelled 45 days before departure date.

Processing fee of Rs.3000 + GST or 10% of package cost, whichever is more, per person deducted if cancelled more than 45 days before departure.

Refund policy

No refund 45 days before departure.

INR 48,000 or 80% (whichever is more) deducted if Air tickets are confirmed and issued.

We are not liable for delay or rejection of Visa

Hotels may change to similar category and distance

Rates can change without prior notice

Bookings are confirmed only after payments are received by suppliers

Shared transport may involve waiting during pickup from airports or hotels

For connecting flights there may or may not be any assistance at layover airports.

Additional charges applicable for holiday, New Year, December or any other special occasion/Holiday/Day

Meals in 5 star hotels will be provided through parcel services unless mentioned otherwise specifically.
